Wish I did more detailed research before the purchase because this printer is great, the software is horrible...it does NOT print full photos for tumblers and to many restrictions

I cannot recommend NOT BUYING THIS enough. There are so many problems and their support is a joke. The entire machine is designed around forcing you to buy their ridiculously expensive inks, which look awful compared to other inks.It's IMPOSSIBLE to use any other ink with this printer. I have tried everything.DO NOT BUY THIS. GET AN EPSON
