Worked great for powering 1980s Sony audio equipment
Used with a Sony PS-LX10 turntable and a TC-V10 cassette deck, since I did not have the original receiver that attached to the "System Control" connector.

Well made but is it blue red 220 black red 110?

Works, stays cool under load.
A typical 12v transformer but with more options than usual. I don't have 220v so I have not tested that.Otherwise, works well with or without load.
