Embedded dirt inside the pitcher, will not come out.
I noticed some dirt on the bottom of the pitcher, on the inside, when I first got it. No big deal, I threw out the packaging and put it on the shelf. Now that my espresso setup is working I went to use it (just over a month later), remembered the dirt, and cleaned it out. Except it will not come clean. I used dish washing detergent with no luck. I then used Barkeepers Friend, since it is made for stainless steel, and still no luck. I dried it out and took a good look. There is some kind of black sand/carbon embedded in the surface of the steel, on the bottom of the pitcher. This is from part of the manufacturing process. I can't get it out.Now I am stuck with a pitcher that has a surface that can foster bacteria growth. Gotta get another, but from another company. Live and learn.

Great for Latte Art
This pitcher is the perfect size for steaming milk for a single 8oz. latte. Filling it to about 3/8" to 1/8' below the spout mark gives you the right level to create a nice milk vortex even during stretching which gives you control of how much air you add and helps to break down the bubbles and make a nice microfoam. It also has a nice shape spout that helps to push the milk forward when pouring allowing more control when pouring latte art. It has a nice wall thickness and feels balanced and heavy. If you want to steam for miltiple drinks at one time get a larger size.

Love it
I have used some no name froth pitcher for quite a few years with my less expensive espresso machine. I recently upgraded to a new machine and was getting frustrated with the shape of that pitcher, especially the handle. My friend bought one of these Rattleware pitchers and he said he liked his. I figured for the price lets see how it works. The metal isnt all that thick, but yet its so much thicker than the one I was using, and it was nicely spun and shaped and polished. The shape and size of this is absolutely perfect. Its the perfect size for storage and use in my opinion and I can usually get enough milk for two lattes or cappuccinos after frothing. I am pleasantly pleased and it looks great.

Easier frothing with this style of pitcher, in my opinion.
I had received a complimentary milk pitcher with my Rocket Espresso Machine. The odd shape requires a different approach when foaming. When you watch YouTube videos on how to make foam, this is the style of pitcher they use. I have moved to using only this pitcher to make foam, and I love it.

Sturdy little Frother
After working for a year as a barista and seeing what actually happens to poorly made frothers, and their handlers for that matter, I was pleasantly surprised by this mini. It is perfect for a single serving, don't get any ideas on thinking it'll foam milk for two - it won't. Instead, it's heavy weight enough to take some - if not all - the abuse you can give it. The shape helps to keep the milk inside the pitcher, which is helpful and aids in proper steaming. Yay.

Perfect for a single 12-ounce serving
I recently purchased a Rattleware 12-ounce milk frothing pitcher. I already own a Rattleware 20-ounce, but wanted a smaller pitcher for a little more control over the single-serve lattes I make for myself every morning. I'm certainly no expert, but pairing this pitcher with my 12-ounce Cremaware cups seems to be a great combo for creating latte art.You actually only want to fill this pitcher up about 60%, as the milk expands as you steam it--anything more and you run the risk of spattering hot steamed milk all over your hands. If you want to froth up more milk for a large latte or for two people at a time, you may want to invest in the 20-ounce pitcher instead. So far, I'm happy with my purchase. It's built out of sturdy stainless steel, and froths just the right amount of milk for my morning fix. I plan to use this pitcher more than my 20-ounce pitcher. Definitely recommended.
