Battery live poor, unable to find any SSD drive works, see update!
For the first few months I was somewhat happy with the laptop. However found the battery charge only lasted 2 hrs. at the most. After continuing to use I ran our of space and tried updating the SSD Sata 3 drive however everyone I tried was not recognized by the laptop. Working with vendor and Amazon but it is a very very slow process. If not resolved within a month I plan on getting a refund from Amazon.UPDATE:I Changed my rating due to the fast and excellent support from this vendor. After getting in touch with Amazon support they put me in touch with the vendor via email and to my surprise they responded overnight. Wow, they sent me a procedure the fens led the SSD drive to be seen and used. It would have saved time if included with the laptop but no complaints with their excellent supportProcedure1) After installing SSD Drive, power up laptop. No drive is shows.2) Right click on start menu and select Disk Management.3) you will see new drive at the along with original drive4) Right click on new blank drive and select simple new volume5) A new simple volume wizard will come up6) just continue with next unless you want to change the defaults all the way to format. After this is complete you will see the new drive your PC. I hope this helped.

Pretty good flip laptop for light duty
The first one I received had a defective touchpad, so I had to return it. The second one works well. This is a great deal for a flip laptop with a touchscreen, so you can use it like a tablet. I am replacing an Asus chromebook flip with this computer, and I have to say I like this a lot more, as it isn't constantly running out of RAM. Keep in mind that with the low-powered CPU and no dedicated GPU, this is a light-duty laptop for emailing, web browsing, etc., but not much more than that. If you want to get an extra power supply, I found out you can buy any 12VDC 2A power supply that takes an adaptor for USB C, but you do need 12 volts and 2 amps.

Not bad for this price point
Overall this 2-in1 offers a good value. There are some design and quality issues that should be considered before purchasing.1. Minor amount of flashlighting in the upper left corner of the screen (minor annoyance but not a deal breaker)2. Keyboard/mouse pad feels very low quality. If use of this 2-in-1 will be primarily as tablet consider that the keys may suffer abuse beyond regular typing. Mouse pad not very responsive, so think of using a bluetooth mouse and that additional cost.3. Batter life is adequate at around 4 hours of streaming video unplugged.

Great product so far
Have had it for almost a month and so far I love it. Only used for work so just needed something easy to use and affordable, nothing fancy. It’s sleek, responds well to touch, and good processing speed. So far I’m really enjoying it over my chromebook it replaced.Battery life is not as great as the chrome book but enough to get through the work dayDownside - made in China :(

Beautiful design, size, and features --- Terrible performance.
The Jumper X1 is a really beautifully built 2-in-1 convertible laptop. However, it is held back by it's incredibly slow processor, the Intel Celeron 3865U. Ultimately, this is not a laptop that I'd recommend at any price point. They really need to put the Celeron 4100U back into this machine and make it worth a pruchase again. As you can see below, the device has many positives.Pros:- Beautiful, high quality build.- Looks more expensive than what it costs- Removable and expandable solid state storage- Display is nice for the price- Well-made hinge for tent mode, viewing, and laptop form- USB-C for Charging, Display, and Data- PriceCons:- SSSSSLOW Intel Celeron 3865U processor- Only 4 GB of ram, this really needs 8GB of ram.Neutral:- Non-laminated display; however, give the price point it's understandable- Non-backlit keyboardJumper is very close with this laptop and can fill a nice niche. There aren't many decent options in this size, weight, and especially at the price point. Hopefully, they will be able to correct it the next revision. Ultimately, I returned the laptop as the incredibly useless Celeron affected functionality.

Delighted
I was in the market for a small laptop to replace my aging bohemeth. I needed that size at the time, but my needs changed. Enter this Jumper. I studied it, did my research and took a chance on purchasing. I have quickly fallen for this powerful little do-it-all. It's small enough that I can keep a small pouch as a go-bag and go anywhere with it. The battery lasts, the versatility of tent, tablet, keyboard styles let's me do whatever I need to. The next best thing was its cost-it was not prohibitive. I'm truly delighted to have it.

Excellent for the $
I love this little lap top. The only problem I have had is having to buy things like an app to be able to read my kindle books and they don't download directly. I bought the only memory card that it said qould fit and it wouldn't work. Wouldn't go in at first then when it did computer didn't work. I just use a memory stick instead.
