ALIEN RESURRECTION MOVIE EDITION WARRIOR ALIEN

I have a nice sized collection of Alien toys, but I started collecting after this was released so I never knew about these figures. A friend of mine who is also a big collector used to have all these but ended up selling them. So when he reminisced about his collection of these Alien figures I had to find them. I've had them on my want list for a while but never took the step to buy them because, well, action figures have come so far in the past decade that I'm not much into retro figures that don't sport much articulation.It wasn't until I saw another collector had purchased this and posed it out of the box that I really got interested. I've never seen a figure from the Alien series posed the way this was and it's sculpted that way on purpose. For me, action figures need to show some sort of action to be really good. Posed, this thing showed off a very cool pose that defines old school action being put into an action figure. I boasted about the figure in my Horror Collectibles group on Facebook and suddenly there was some interest I didn't expect. Uh oh... competition.I immediately bought the figure off Amazon and once I got it in the mail I never looked back.The pose is as cool as I thought so I'm happy there. I'm really glad I bought him and I'd like to add the others in the series to my collection some day. The one thing that bugged me about this figure is the giant bright blue stripe running down the middle of the head. I'm not sure what the point in that was other than to appease kids who might end up with this clearly adult collector figure. It kinda ruins the whole thing. But overall the rest of it looks amazing and if you're so inclined I'm sure the blue line could be covered with some carefully matched paint.Myself? I'm keeping this guy in the box for now. I'll always know the pose is awesome and I won't have to look at the blue stripe.- Mr. Frights[...]

Very sturdy/Bulky wont break. head kinda small, could use some more detail, Would not buy it more than $15
