This is a great book because you will get a lot of experience writing personal letters. Now I know that there are many newer editions of the book that you can buy, but the book itself has a lot of usable material that you won't find in the newer editions. However, this is up to you, I can't tell you which book to buy because it depends on two things; needs and money. If you have specific needs and you need a newer book, then by all means buy one. If you feel that you don't have the money to buy a newer book then by all means shop around for the best price. Also look at the reviews of the seller. In this case, the seller shipped the product in a timely manner, which was ahead of the date that was originally specified. I am very happy with the shipment and the books condition. Despite being an older edition, I was surprised by the great condition the book was in.

This has come in handy for the times you just don't know what to say, or how to say it. A neat resource.

Excellent book, I use it a a reference book.

We all learned how to write in grade school but a lot of us have forgotten some basics.For those of you that never diagrammed a sentence this is good and to each the younger generation how to WRITE a letter this is fantastic.
