Quick energy food also can be used as a first aid anitibiotic after cleaning wounds, cut put over burns, cuts etc. been used in New Zealand for over 15years and Australia I have used honey over a third degree burn & no trace of the burn & it stops the pain. Once again this is a must for all the ways you can use honey & it comes in straws its part first aid-part food - part energer food in case! Do your reseacher as the wound care honey you now can buy in this country is just very $ and compare with any honey (I do have the New Zealand in my pantry) but it's not in stick form & easy to store & also place into your grab&go- handbag,- baby or small child very handie as it asls promotes a sense of calm. I purchased a number of these as part of my Xmas gifts as my theme this year - is how's your kit doing be prepare be safe.
