I purchased this cookbook set when my local grocery had a great sale on cod ($1.59/lb!) and I realized I didn't have any interesting fish recipes. We've tried several of these tilapia recipes using the cod, and enjoyed them all. Our favorite so far is the Japanese Citrus - my husband took one bite and pronounced it "company-worthy"! Best of all, they truly were easy. We can't wait to try new ways of cooking salmon!Chef Chow has a huge selection of inexpensive cookbooks, and offers some of them on Kindle for free. Many focus on one particular ingredient, so you can find a bunch of ways to prepare your faves. The emails she sends out to her mailing list give interesting tips and information rather than just advertising products. I replied to one, asking about her bean cookbook that's out of print. She quickly replied that she offers it free to private readers, and included it in a pdf file. How kind is that? I'll be purchasing her lentil book next! Definite 5 stars for both the author and her books!
