A: We do not recommend our spray for rubber shoes/boots and also not good for Crocs as they have many holes and an open back design.

**Q: is it safe to spray this inside shoes?**
A: Yes. Just not on skin.

**Q: Does it repel fire ants**
A: Thank you for your question. Clothing and gear treated with our permethrin spray will repel many kinds of ants, however fire ants can be extremely aggressive and will bite when they are disturbed or when emerging from their mounds. So we don't make any claims regarding fire ants specifically.

We live in the heart of tick and chigger territory and without this, we’d have lymes disease or alpha-gal from the ticks, while frantically scratching our skin raw from the chiggers. Thankfully this stuff works!! Spray it on your outside clothes and always remember to wear them when you’re out in the wild gardening or whatever. It lasts for a week provided you don’t wash em…wash and repeat. The spray works and will protect you, period! Put em on and you protected. Simple!
