Disappointed so far
Packaging much too big for pills, they barely cover the bottom. Only 28 capsules and not 30 as stated on the box. Also no packaging inside the box so capsules were stuck to the sticky security tab. Would've sent them back but want to see if they work. Given flavour 1 star as there is no flavour in a plastic capsule.

Read the label
The bottle in the images is a scam.There are only a few pills at the bottom of this large bottle.Its is in the description but i was going on the size of the bottle and failed to read the label, my mistake.30 capsules is not enough to continue a treatment of probiotics long enough to get an idea of their benifit.

Worked for my IBS!!
Was recently diagnosed with IBS and had the worst bloating daily that wouldn’t go down! Since taking these for about 3weeks and I haven’t experienced that bloated feeling since! I’m very happy! They are a little pricey though and hard for me to swallow as they are quite long, they have a raspberry taste if left in the mouth too long whilst trying to swallow, so not entirely unpleasant.

Helped me sleep better
After taking one of these tablets I have slept straight through the night instead of waking constantly every other hour. I have slept through every night since. I also feel less anxious. I take the tablet two hours before I go to bed. I research when was the best time to take probiotics. I learnt that different times are applicable depending on your symptoms such as digestive problems etc. Would recommend and will be buying again.

Didnt do alot for me
Larger capsules than the brand I usually use and found they didn't seem to do alot to my IBS symptoms, so gave up on them and went back to the ones I usually take which are cheaper
