Plain ole honey with a bare tasty of cinnamon flavoring.
A hint of cinnamon is all we tasted in this ... flavoring for sure, not real cinnamon. For the price, we could have bought honey at the store and had a better product! If you want REAL cinnamon honey, this isn't the one!
