I love this product. I used to pay close to $3 dollars for the Hydrogen Rich Water in the supermarket but now I can make my own anytime I want, and the quality is better. I often judge the company by what kind of customer service they provide, and this company is above and beyond in this area. I had a technical problem with the device, and I was worried that I may experience problems contacting or getting the issue resolved but they were great. Contacting them was easy and they responded immediately. Company was attentive and informed on regular basis as to the resolution progress. I highly recommend them.

I tried another hydrogen water maker and this H2CAP PLUS ran circles around it! It is brilliantly designed, tiny and strong. The fact that it has no internal battery is a plus, nothing to leak or fail in the future as all rechargeable batteries eventually will. It is so easy to use! I have a Berkey Light water filter and all you do is fill the bpa free 17 oz bottle and connect a 5v power source. In my case I use a power bank as seen in the photo. In 3.5 minutes the device shuts down with an orange glow and the water tastes great! My wife and I are drinking 4 times daily for an intake of 32 oz. I feel more energy right away and will update this review after a few weeks to see where this wonderful technology takes us! Expensive but as near as I can tell this is the best small and portable hydrogen water maker.

Need new cap because the cap came with a broken triton plastic cap. It leaked out the top string thing.

The unit would not go into the cleaning cycle. I watch the videos several times and followed the directions explicitly but it would not go from blinking orange indicating cleaning was needed to blinking white indicating cleaning was being done. I tried to contact the company but they don’t have a phone number. I sent them two messages on their website with no response. I was willing to try to work with him but in the end I had no choice but to return it for a refund.

The media could not be loaded. Pro: 28 mm cap fits on all US bottles when making Hydrogen water from ordinary bottles of water. The cap is easy to use and makes hydrogen water in a few minutes. Makes 1000ppm H2 water as advertised. Many more packs of descaler included that I expected.Con: Expense likely not worth 2x the cost of getting the 30mm H2Cap. Ad sells AnyWater filter to increase H2ppm past 1000, didn't seem to work past 1000, so for me likely not worth to get the AnyWater filter now if I had a choice. Multiple runs of H2 water on the same bottle did NOT increase H2 past 1000ppm with the indicator. Indicator included is only enough for one test.Other: The directions are mostly clear, ...EXCEPT, it never tells you to UNSCREW the base cap from the H2Cap generator! So don't try to pry the plastic clear cap off, just unscrew it, normal threading, counterclockwise to remove. Also the bottom white plug "PULLS" out. This is a moisture vent that will bleed water on some uses. Do not try to peel off the black rubber backing. The instruction sheet should be edited to note these steps. On the durability of the USB-C charging port, I would recommend removing the cable from the A port rather than the C port to decrease wear on the H2Cap. Easier to replace the USB-C charging cable than a worn out USB-C port, which avoids requiring the H2cap to be replaced.

It's helped my cancer last 3years and I purchased again this year its helps kill my cancer cells. It's working .
