I will preface this by saying there is some learning curve involved with any yoga wheel, especially such a small one. I started with a larger yoga wheel and became familiar with it before ordering this one for deep tissue. This is fantastic! You do have to use it a good 10 minutes, in my opinion for it to fully work and loosen your muscles. My husband who has zero yoga experience had difficulties balancing on the larger wheel at first, these take some practice and patience but are wonderful for back pain!

I bought the medium wheel directly from Plexus so I could take advantage of their return it if you don't like it policy. I liked it, so I ordered the small one from Amazon. I use it quite a bit to roll out my spine. It's works better than a foam roller and I do feel better after using it. It doesn't magically heal all my issues, but when I use it, it does helps some. I wish it cured all my back problems, but it must do something because I look forward to using it.. You can get a good stretch with these products that I've been unable to replicate with any other item.

I have a lot of back pain, and I'm always demanding of my friends and family to pop my back for me. This little number replaces the need for me to ask! I can pull this out anywhere and just roll my spine back on it and crack-crack-crack. It's a great tool for me and I'm so happy I found it. I'm looking into purchasing the other sizes by this brand when I have the money. The product is of high quality and quite sturdy!!

I train 4-5 days a week in the gym, play tennis and do a lot of stretching. This is an awesome roller if you know how to use it. I'mm amazed at the negative reviews and feel compelled to give this as a very satisfied user. I'm 59 and 5'9" - this fits great between my scapulae and at the base of my sacrum, latter fabulous for relaxing my SI joints. I use all sorts of balls and rollers for massage as part of my warmup and cool down, including much more expensive (and great) hyperice vibrating products. This roller has its place in my routine and was a game changer for me. I have 2 of my own - one for work and one for the gym. I bought one for one of my trainers (former minor league pro quarterback) and he loves it. I'm buying one for my agility trainer for Xmas. Very satisfied!!!

I use this every day, and man what a difference it makes. Stress melts away and I discovered how to adjust my lower back on it too. I also travel with it and recently lent it to someone who had sciatic pain bugging them before a big Easter show, he said it was miraculous. I let him keep it and ordered another one.My fiance loves it also, what a great tool for in home care in between chiropractic visits.PS: If you get it and don't know how to use it, go to YouTube, great stuff there.

Wonderful for my back. Extremely well made, and I love the lifetime warranty. I also have the regular sized wheel. I'm 5ft tall and I prefer this smaller one as I am able to get a deeper stretch.

The outside of the wheel is yoga mat material--the one that I received had a gap where the two seams should have met, and parts of the yoga mat were not properly glued on. I like the product itself, but I'm disappointed in the quality.

it is not all that
