The work great and hold well during the most rigorous of workouts. It can be a hassle to tighten them without someone to assist however, and the cord will thin out and catch awkwardly if you pull too hard and too quickly.

Excellent quality, excellent material lengths. Elastic to prevent vein injury and excessive pressures. A little tricky to pull taut on the arms but nothing a little elbow grease doesn't fix--they only need to be tight enough to get a small juicing of the veins which is not very tight at all, basically perfect. Also can be worn discreetly under clothing if you keep the tension light (for safety) for an all-day effect.Awesome product, awesome price.

These bands work effectively for the price and seem to be well made, they've held up to many hours of rigorous exercise.

Can't believe the difference these bands make. It does take a few sessions to figure out the desired tension.
