I was not prepared to have to assemble these myself. It does NOT indicate there is assembly required in product information. Description of product states in bullet points that the stick is attached to the back. They are not. Toppers and sticks are separate and in the package are little dots of glue to adhere the sticks to the caps, diplomas & 2019, but when you put them on, they not only stick to the paper, but leave a sticky spot on the back of topper (not very sanitary for food). They also require removing the background space between the numbers in 2019, the space between the bows on the ribbon that is on the diploma piece. Pretty disappointed, with no time to return them.

These toppers are so cute!! Some of them came broken, so we just used them as table decorations.

Looks just like the picture and are the perfect size for cupcakes.

Worked great for the graduation cupcakes. You will have to attach the two pieces together. The decoration to the toothpick.
