JEMINAL Single Belt Buckle and Belt Strap

This belt strap is a direct replacement for a Slidebelt strap, and so far, it has been great! I purchased my Slidebelt in February of 2016. By December, a hole had appeared in the finish of the strap, either because of a flaw in the leather, or because of a rough spot within the buckle. The Slidebelt company replaced the strap. In July of 2017, the plastic ratchet strip broke in half, making the belt unusable. I was glad to find this strap on Amazon for only $8, rather than the $60+ that Slidebelt wants!The straps are made of genuine leather, and have a better feel than the Slidebelt straps. I'm not worried about it wearing out prematurely . . . if the strap lasts for a year without the plastic strip breaking, I will be $52 better off than buying a replacement from Slidebelts once a year. I'm going to order several more today, to make sure I always have a replacement on hand.UPDATE: I purchased another strap and decided to order a buckle, as well, so I wouldn't have to change straps if I wanted to wear brown instead of black, etc. I am very impressed by the quality of the buckle. I really can't tell any difference in quality or engineering between the $80 Slidebelt that I purchased about 18 months ago, and this one, which cost me a combined $18 for the buckle and strap.STANDARD DISCLAIMER: I have no association with this retailer, and have received no benefit from endorsing their product. This functions better than the expensive brand ratchet belts. Also, I like that the buckle itself is textured so it won't show scratches like the other buckles I have. Great purchase.
