Guitar Battery Box 4PCS 9V Battery Box Case Holder for Active Guitar Bass Pickup

Arrived quickly and well-packaged. Each one individually packed in a zip-lock bag. I popped one into my Daisy Rock "Rock Candy" bass, perfect fit and great value for the money. I bought a 4-pack just in case I break another one. They should fit just about any bass/guitar. Fits a 1-1/8" H, 2-3/8 L, 7/8"W cavity with enough overlap, mounting screws are2-78" apart.

These are a great idea for the problem that guitar makers created when they thought it was ok to be required to remove the back plate on a guitar every time you must replace the active pickups battery.This problem leads to a situation where repeated removal of small screws into wood and the holes become damaged and no longer hold the screws in place. The only course of action to fix is to get longer, or bigger screws and the problem continues.These battery boxes area a great solution to a problem that guitar makers should have avoided from the beginning.My only problem with these little battery holders is that this particular seller or reseller didn't include screws to hold it in place on the back plate.This probably saved them a penny, yet now I must go spend dollars to get screws, time finding them, not to mention the problem of not getting a complete product.BTW, you'll be required to cut a hole in the back of your back plate ,which is no easy task.I plan on using a big drill bit to start the hold and dremel to cut the rest of the shape out.

They look fine. These DO NOT FIT esp/ltd arrow and B-4e bass.Wish they would put what they fit on the description. Really want something so I dont have to unscrew, but dont want to keep taking chances...

Comes with no screws, essentially useless...
