Taste is good but effervescent tablet formulation is not proper since it takes to much time to disintegrated and dissolve hence fails the purpose of effervescent tablet which also adds up cost. We Powdered form like eno would have been better.

The flavor is very good but the fizz is not strong enough. Not an energy drink but it adds vitamins and electrolytes to your body.

I absolutely love the lime and lemon Fast Reload, because:- I feel way better drinking a cold glass of electrolytes before/after workout and Fast Reload provides this in the most convenient manner. I can carry the tube in my bag and drop one tablet in my water bottle.- If you have the habit/craving to drink random sweet things through the day (like I do), this is a great substitute because it not only hydrates you and helps you meet your daily water intake goal, but it is also only 12 calories per tablet!- Lemon lime is the best flavor both in terms of actual taste and because it is drinkable at any time of day (for me). Berry is my second favorite but with a wide margin. And do yourself a favor and never buy Cola flavor...it just tastes like a very watery and flat Diet Coke.Overall, it has helped me drink more water daily, and I find myself feeling better as a result so I would give this product a solid 10/10.
