Nice to look at and nice to use. Has worked flawlessly for last two years. I bought two of them (one white, one brown). Not cheap and shipping takes time, but very pleased.

I chose this soap dispenser for a newly remodeled bathroom. It took over a month to receive it. Once it came, I noticed the color wasn’t a good fit for my space. I requested a return, which was approved, and brought it to the local ups store. As it turns out, this company’s policy requires you to pay for return shipping to China, which was $154. I suggest you only purchase this item if you are certain the color will work for you.

Aside from the negative feedback I provided for the seller and shipping (details at seller feedback since comments here will keep this review from posting), the pump works fine. Looks nice (although I was hoping for more of a Raku pottery finish --- but that is personal preference. I am scoring 3 stars rather than higher because of the possibility that you will not like your order given issues that I detailed in seller and shipping feedback.

Color, weight, size and texture as we wished. Still has a plastic spout but din’t know how to avoid that. Works fine and does’t take up too much space on bathrooms’ sinks.

Unfortunately we waited over 6 weeks for this product to arrive and within 2 months it has broken. Very disappointed in the quality of this item.

Also turns up from China and takes 3 weeks to arrive.

I was hesitant to order this because it seemed pricey but I'm really glad I did. It's heavy and solid and well made. Delivery to Canada took a while but it was worth it.
