This book has it all, music, drugs, humour, love and sadness. Brooklyn suffers from depression, the way Claire described this was amazing, it was detailed and easy to imagine her state of mind at those times the depression took over.Nick was a great character, hot, loving and so supportive of Brooklyn. Nina her cousin was funny, really liked her. I would like to have known if Shea did get help in the end?Love this book and would definitely recommend it. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This one blew me away! *by I***2 on 19 November 2013* Every now and then a book comes along that has so many ingredients that are used elsewhere (sex, drugs, rockstars, troubled girl....you get the picture) and instead of pulling them together into something mediocre, creates something fantastic. This is one of those books!Not only is it hot, hot, hot, it's also got a soul, the heroine isn't whiny and the hero, although alpha, is at the base of it all a really good guy. No annoying characters here, folks, it's all good!What more can I say? Read it, enjoy it, and Claire, please write more like this. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Not bad!! *by C***J on 7 February 2014* I got this at a bargain price and couldnt wait to read as all the reviews were brilliant. Whilst i did enjoy it, for me like the 3 star reviewer has said there was something missing. The storyline worked well and the characters were great, but i felt there were some conversations that should have been had between the main characters over certain issues, but were glossed over instead (difficult to say without spoiling!!). Will be interesting to see if the author does a second book as i think i need more to feel complete.
