Longdan Vietnamese Rice Paper Wraps (Authentic) 22cm 500g (Pack of 2)

They’re good quality rice papers. I’ve been making little vegetable parcels with them.Dip it in water, then put small amounts of veg in there, wrap it up, hold together for it to stick then leave to dry.I’ve been putting spring onion, sweet potato, butternut squash carrot, tomato, spinach black pepper(not necessarily all but a mixture of them selected at random) and a little blob of hummus in them and they’ve turned out great, healthy and something a little different. Like this turns out to be about 1-2 mouthfuls so easy to eat and take out for lunch at work or whatever.And there is so much more you could do with them.You can also cook them after filling them with ingredients of your choice in the oven or a light fry and they turn a little crispy. There is A LOT in the package and it’ll probably last you a good year if you were using them every week so you can’t fault the price.
