I put them in and instantly my printer was working as good as new. I wish I new these were available for this price before I bought another printer. At least now I have two working printers lol.

I bought the Inkcool remanufactured printheads since the price seemed good, and my printer is 2 years old. Big Mistake!! As soon as I closed the printhead door and the printer ran through checks I got errors and noises telling me that I had just installed a non-HP printhead. OK, I can live with that. Then I got errors that all of my ink needed to be replaced (not so, did that already before I bought the printheads) then an error message that the print heads could not be aligned. After an hour and a half of work arounds I give up. Go cheap get cheap.Don't waste your time on these. With the price of printers, even $50-70 is too much. Buy a new printer. I learned a valuable lesson, and now I have an expensive landfill item with new printheads and 4 full ink cartidges.

They worked after the stupid messages about counterfeits was cleared. Less than half the price from all other sources that I found.

Took a minute to install. Fixed my printer at a fraction of the cost of MDF replacement.

This item comes from China so it took longer than I expected it to arrive. When I first installed it, it worked. It printed beautifully. Then the printer started malfunctioning. It had an error first with the black and yellow printhead then it showed and error with the cyan and magenta printhead. It also flashed a code 003. I asked for a refund and they told me to use an eraser on the printhead chip. They also wanted for me to send them pictures; which I did. I did both, but still the product is of inferior quality. They fail shortly after they begin working again. Who needs that kind of hassle. I would advise anyone not to buy it.

It was everything I expected and then some. I would definitely shop with them again.

Delivered on time. Works great and costs much less than other similar products.
