I am new to the distance running game, but this product was a game changer. I looked at some of the nicer brands, well-known brands, but could not justify spending the amount they wanted when something like this was available. I was a little apprehensive because the price was so good but the backpack has been great. It is lightweight and fits comfortably. You will need to purchase the bladder separately, but it fits perfectly in the backpack. There is enough storage for some gel back, sunglasses, credit cards, etc. Would highly recommend if you are looking for an inexpensive version of a hydration pack.

Great for beginner runners. Helped me so much to run my first half marathon.

I liked this best mainly due to all the storage pockets it comes with and there is very minimal bounce when running. However during my race one of the pockets broke so that was pretty inconvenient. Luckily my stuff didn’t fall out but I was worried about the whole time. Overall not the worst vest but could probably find something better quality for a little extra.

This vest is very light weight and comfortable. The vest does have a lot of pockets to put things in for the run you'll take. It does not get loose during my runs out and it has a cute little orange whistle that is loud in case of an emergency. The quality of the vest is great its not cheap feeling.

Where this for every workout/ run! Idk how I was living before lol worth the money… I get the one that has the water bottle though

I had two initial worries before buying this Product:1. That it would be too small for me (I am 6'2")2. That the material would be too abrasive.I was pleasantly surprised that neither of these are a problem. It fits me quite well, and has about as much internal storage as you would expect.In addition, the material is actually quite good, I have never had any additional chafing caused by wearing this Running Vest.While it's compartments may not be the most flexible (as some other running Vests have), it definitely does the job for your average Runner.I used it for a 50K and 100K race, and it worked quite well.I understand that a more advanced runner might encounter some inefficiencies with it, but it definitely is a great product for the price for the average Runner.

The "medium" version cinches down to a chest size of 28in without bouncing but if you are any smaller you will need a different vest.5 l is an exaggeration, you cannot fit anything more than a really thin jacket and extra gloves in here (if you aren't using a water bladder). My 500ml soft flask won't fit in the front of the pack either, limiting its usefulness to me. I also like to use it for cross country skiing but I need more capacity to bring water and warm layers. Also doesn't have a trekking pole attachment.

I ran my first marathon with this thing. To be more exact, the first time I ever wore this thing was for my marathon LOL. It held a 1.5L water bladder, 500ml bottle with electrolytes, and some energy gummies perfectly. I just love how lightweight it is. It did not get in my way at all or cause any irritation/rubbing.Only complaint is the zipping pouch could be a little bigger for my phone. I don't carry my phone in it cause it's too tight, but it's a perfect pocket for other stuff like keys or wallet. The little medicine pouches I feel like are useless because they are so small for anything else besides medicine which I don't carry with me.

This product looks great but didn't come with the bladder. I specifically ordered and paid for the option that had a bladder with the item.

Save your money and buy this vest. Its very light and can hold your phone and water and many other things. Its good quality, for the price i am very happy!

Used it for the first time the other day. Pretty comfortable and holds all the essentials well.

I recently took up running as a New Year’s resolution and I found it really difficult to go on long runs with my phone, keys and head phones in my pocket. After finding this product on Amazon my runs have become a lot more easier and enjoyable! I know have a place for everything and it doesn’t bother me when I run!
