    "Haywire Riot" the sophomore  release from Skinny Molly is exactly what the music industry has been needing. Instantly recognizable, and smooth as a shot of Honey Jack. Songs like "If You Don't Care", "Two Good Wheels" and "After You" saddle up next to you like an old friend, and then proceed to let the rest of the party in. The playing is tight, and conservative. There's not alot of fluff here. These guys have learned well from their heroes, make everything count.  Mike Estes vocals are spot on, road-worn and  and ready. After a few plays, "Devil In A Bottle","None of Me No More", and "Dodging Bullets" were among my favorites. If I had to pick a weak track, "Shut Up and Rock" would probably be it. Not because it's not good, but because the rest of the CD is so much better. If you like your rock Southern, this CD is for you. I anxiously await their next effort.

    Skinny Molly keeping Southern rock alive...they're not Molly Hatchet or Lynyrd Skynyrd, but they come pretty darn close!  Solid southern rock band with a solid southern musical background.  Sort of feel their debut 'No Good Deed' might have been a tad better than this second outing, but as with all opinions, its just an opinion.
