I have drop foot and will catch front of foot to rug, stone, etc. and be subject to fall. This device is designed to keep foot higher. The belt around the leg is good quality and provides good anchor. The belt between the belt and the shoe string is too short. Is made of velcro for the anchor that does not hold the foot in the up for a complete days use. You have to keep re-attaching the strap. It is not ike the picture on the box. I would guess the mfg. was looking for a way to cut cost and replaced a secure strap design with the one they now ship. I have purchased a bet and buckle to use. Do not buy..

The Velcro does not stay secure. Almost a good design but falls short. Very frustrating. Can make about thirty steps then it fails:((

I purchased this for my husband due to his foot drop. It has reduced the number of falls he has experienced because that foot no longer gets in the way! His frustration levelIs greatly reduced because it is an easy product to apply and helps him feel more independent!!! I’m not sure how we could ever do without it - simple design with a great purpose! So thankful for our Physical Therapist who recommended this product to us!!!

This product still works well after 4+ months but the strap needs to be reattached several times each day because it keeps coming undone, even after I have cleaned the dust from the velcro. It should have been designed with a larger velcro area instead of the little half inch square piece.

I have tried both the NEOFECT and Ossur Foot Up Braces for my drop foot. I prefer the NEOFECT by far. And it comes at an attractive price. It improves my walking gait, it's easy to use and comfortable.I wouldn't follow their instructions, however. I suggest inserting the strap into your shoe lace first, then attaching it to the brace. The product picture is in package misleading. It shows an angled end on the strap, but the one shipped to me was rounded.

It does pull toes up to walk feel great until band starts to irritate the ankle and make swollen

The brace work ok, had to add some mole skin inside to keep from rubbing ankle. Also add a small metal rod thru the shoe lace holes to get a better hold on the shoe. I had a stroke and I can not tie my shoe tight..

This brace didn’t work fir me. I bought the Neofect Foot Drop Brace and I love it.
