Really nice yoga mat bag.
Nice bag! It is a little big for my standard sized Gaiam mat, but nothing too crazy, it doesn't look sloppy or baggy TOO much, but if you want a tight fit for one standard size yoga mat and nothing else, look elsewhere. The size does give you extra room for towels or whatever else you may carry. (Not sure if it would fit a block...as I don't use one). The bag fit a larger 71" Manduka Pro Mat with some room to spare as well. (Although I have returned that mat...for another review). LOVE the full zip, no hassle trying to slide a sticky mat into a top loading bag. The material is thick and sturdy, but also not stiff at all. I like the one simple pocket on the front, with an easy magnetic snap. I looked specifically for a bag with a pocket in the VERTICAL position, as I want to sling my yoga bag over my shoulder and carry it lengthwise from top to bottom. It fit my Galaxy 5, cards, keys and water bottle all together no problem, just in that one pocket. I didn't try any other bags out there where you have to carry the bag as a tote because pockets are placed in the other direction. I wouldn't want that, since then I couldn't carry the bag like a sling...things would slip out of the pockets!

Room for a Manduka PRO, or a Prolite plus a bunch of extras
I've been really happy with this bag so far!I own two yoga mats right now - the first is a 71" Manduka PRO, which is big and heavy. It takes up most of the space in the bag, but I can fit my yogitoes towel in there with it, and if I swish things a bit, even my yoga clothes. My wallet, phone, and keys go in the outside pocket.I recently got a Manduka Prolite to take to classes, leaving my PRO at home. With the prolite, there is a TON of room left in this baby. I can easily fit a water bottle, change of clothes, towel, and probably at least one or two blocks if I wanted to.The Manduka Pro mats are pretty sticky, so it would be hard to slide them in and out of a bag that just opened across one short side, so having a zipper all the way down is really nice.Even though there is a ton of storage space, the bag looks really small when you pick it up and throw it over your shoulder. Unlike a lot of the horizontal "tote bag" style bags which just look ridiculous, this is really unobtrusive slung over your shoulder - it doesn't look anywhere near as roomy as it is. Overall, I highly recommend this bag!

Great Size, Cheap Zipper
The zipper on this bag broke after FOUR uses! It's quite disappointing as it fit my Manduka Pro significantly better than the Manduka Matsak. Besides the bad zipper, the bag itself was great while it lasted. It's large enough to fit my Manduka Pro with my phone, keys, mat cleaner, towel, and a light jacket. I would steer away from this one though until they upgrade to a quality zipper that will last.Update Jan 2016:I received a replacement for their new shipment at no cost. They changed the fromt pocket to have a easy snap versus the D-ring with a strap that looped through. If definitely is an improvement over the last bag in terms of design. I've only used the bag a few times but it seems go be holding up well so far.

A little bigger than expected, but still usable - UPDATED: zipper broke after 6 months
It was a little bigger than I expected. It's sort of like wearing a sport coat that's a few sizes too large...the bagginess is a bit annoying. I'd prefer it if my yoga mat fit a more snug. I still use this though, so don't want to be too negative. It's a decent product. I like that it has a pocket for keys, wallet and phone.Updating this review 6 months after purchase:The zipper on this broke and I had to cut the bag open to get my yoga mat out. My initial review on this was 3 stars due to the bagginess. Now given the zipper malfunction, I'm giving this 1 star. Very disappointing.

Super Cute - but falling apart after just a few uses
I received this last week and love the fabric, color and overall style {it's kind of slouchy, which I love!}. Also the pocket is great and is the perfect size for my keys, wallet and a snack :)Downside - I've used it three times {one normal sized mat inside & wallet, keys, granola bar in pocket} and it already has two holes in it :( one on the seam and another in a random place. Was really sad to see it begin to fall apart so quickly. Also, and this is more personal preference. The strap is really uncomfortable for me - I like to cross it over my chest and in order to make it the proper size the adjuster falls directly across my collar bone - which doesn't feel good.

Fits everything you need for class!
So, wow. Yesterday I went to class and this thing actually does fit a thicker yoga mat, a large towel, a small towel, a strap, a block, a water bottle, a stick of deodorant, a cell phone, a small wallet, and a large set of keys. Seems sturdy and is definitely more roomy than I expected (which is a good thing). I only carried one bag to the studio this time!

Seam came undone after a week
I recently purchased a Gaiam Sol Dry-Grip XL yoga mat, which is longer and wider than an average mat, so I needed a larger mat bag. I liked that this bag accommodated a larger mat, and I liked the grey color. However, after just a week of use, the seam by the zipper came undone, so I had to return it. It is a possibility that the one I received was just defective, but the fabric on this bag is a bit thin, so I wasn't confident that if I ordered another one, it wouldn't happen again. I hate to give a negative review, but felt I needed to share my experience.

best yoga mat bag - waiting for next sale!!
This is the best yoga mat bag!! You never have to squish your mat into a bag again. And yet, it's not bulky, adding extra weight or size to your traveling. Nice colors. Great design. Roomy secure pockets. I ONLY WISH IT WOULD GO ON SALE AGAIN so I can buy a second one!!!!
