10'' Bread Banneton Proofing Basket Round Banneton Brotform for Bread and Dough

I didn't fully read the description and was expecting a china Banneton. At first I thought it was plastic and I was so disappointed, but on closer inspection I discovered the bowl was rattan! It was a surprise, but in a good way. I adore this little bowl which is why I've given it 5 stars. It was also delivered quickly.

Excellent bread proofing basket. This basket is perfect for any home baker who wants to up their game or anybody wanting to start making bread. No issues what so ever.

Great product. The only thing I’d advise to stop the dough sticking is to put flour between the linen and the basket as well as inside the basket. All good
