I bought this for my Pom puppy and it is perfect for him. Easy on and off and easy to adjust.

super cute, but...
Got two of these for our Dalmatian pups. they were VERY cute and fit well, but the collar came off with not too much pressure (ie: a little pulling on the leash), and the pups were able to back out of the harness easily.

Well. Doesn't fit my 4 month old German shepherd puppy. I got a large. His chest is 28. There's no way to make it larger, no stretch. It looks nice, I guess. But these are for smaller dogs.
