Seems pretty good
I bought this for our family beach trip. The first set up was very long and hard. After that it was much easier. Here is the good and bad.Pros:Large, good looking tent.Definitely provides a lot of shade.Cons:Only 2 poles, I think 3 are needed.I also think more strings are needed. In windy conditions, this is difficult to set up, but then aren't most tents when its windy. In windy conditions, you will definitely need the 3rd pole.I think after a few minor adjustments, I can make this work well for the beach. For other places it should work quite well.

Don’t buy for the beach
It’s advertised as a beach canopy. Good luck! First it came with short 6 inch metal stakes. Totally useless. No way they stay in the beach sand, but I was prepared for that and bought a set of 4 sand bags for corner stakes. That wasn’t enough. I also had to use a beach bag with bacci balls in it and the bag the canopy came in filled with sand. I also had to use a beach umbrella pole as another corner pole. All that to get what you see in the pic - the most Jerry-rigged thing you’ve ever seen. And this took 6 of us working over an hour to look this stupid. I think it would work fine as a camping canopy but good luck using as a beach canopy. For what it’s worth, I bought this one to be big enough for 6 and it would be if it worked as well in the promo pics, but if you only need one for 2-3 I saw several people using one with one long pole in the front that forms an arch. They all had their canopies up in minutes while laughing at me.

Great sunshade
This is an awesome, lightweight shade that is so easy to use.We recently took a trip to Florida, and we had to walk a good ways once we got onto the beach to find our perfect spot. We typically carry a tailgate tent, but this time, decided to try out this BaiYouDa tent since it was much easier to pack and much lighter in weight. The set up was VERY easy.Set up takes about 5 minutes with 2 people, and it's easy to take down too. I would suggest buying the 3rd and 4th pole separately if you have several people, then it makes more of a tailgate-type tent. But for 2-3, this is perfect. So happy we bought this thing. Like others have said, be sure the tallest point is going against the wind, otherwise it will fall down.

Going to need to buy some accessories to make it work.
Used it 5 out of 7 days on gulf side Florida beach. It’s huge, the poles and steaks are worthless. I bought Eurmax weight bags with carabiner clips to anchor the lines. A pole piece ( there are 5 per side) broke each of the first two days. Everyday I set it up, I had to re-design how to do so. I ended up using a load stabilizer from my truck as a 3rd pole. I will trash the poles it came with and by some that can hold an 18x18 kite. I recommend at least 4 poles. 3 front and one in the rear.

Amazing!!!
We were looking for a tarp to take with us car camping, to offer shade or a dry place under which to cook or hang out. The kit arrived promptly and in excellent condition, with all parts necessary for assembly included. And also blocks out most of the wind depending how you set it up.Very satisfied, light to carry inside my vehicle, practical, with several links to one another vehicles, if I'm just using the 2 pole, I would like to have links included in the kit, the lines of winds and anchor should be better.

Excellent
Perfect for my hammock setup when backpacking. Slept snug and dry under an extended rain. Lots of options to set it up and well thought out lashing points. Don’t think I would change a thing. Ditch the cheapo paracord that comes with it and get some real paracord. The stuff sack is nice too and it is easy to get the tarp back in the sack after using it. Folds small and takes up minimal room in my rucksack. I can’t imagine being more pleased with something 5x more expensive.

Happy
This tarp is great !! I bought the BaiYouDa 18'x18' tarp for camping with one of my larger hammocks. The tarp comes with two poles, lots of straps, and a lot of tent stakes all packed into a carrying bag. I really just bought this for the tarp alone, not for the poles or anything so I can't really comment on them. For how large this tarp is I was happily surprised when I was able to cram it into the laptop slot of my backpack. It fits nice and I still have room in the backpack for the rest of my camping supplies.

Great quality!
Well let me say this first. This tarp setup is fantastic!! The first time out with it it was easy to set up in the wind about 10 mph. I don’t use this as a hammock cover but as shelter and sun and rain cover over tents. I’m very impressed with this tarp. If you want a strong and I mean strong easy to set up with good lines and stakes this is the one to buy and it’s a great price. My nephew who’s tent was also under this is already ordering one. I will recommend this to anyone who needs a tarp shelter.
