I liked this book. It was informative with lots of pictures and explanations. There are suggestions on meal preparations with tips on how to intergrate the Air Fryer into your meal preparation routine. The chicken really does come out crispy like oil fried, but without the fat! Useful to use the Air Fryer, well written. Has practical guidelines for use the Air Fryer . Good recipes.
