The first time used, it worked fine. The second time, it wouldn’t turn on. Seems the electrical connection in the back of the unit is loose and has to be jiggled. If even slightly moved, it turns off.Update 7/22/19: The company responded to our concerns with an offer of a replacement or refund. We received the refund quickly. As far as the product itself, it did work but has to be fairly close for you to experience the coolness.

Works decent if you are sitting directly in front of it... I would not consider this a mini air condition at all and air stops being cool as soon as the water looses coldness. Ice cannot fit in the water compartment unless you have mini ice cubes or ice chips maybe.

The product also shows that you can add ice to the tray, but the area to add water and ice is really only large enough to add water. The LED lights only list up the back portion of the water tray. The fan is cooling.

Product arrived today... the fan doesn't spin and it only makes a weird noise when I turn it on... so basically useless

Customer service Was amazing when dealing with this faulty product.Was very excited to put this product in my very warm office. Worked for the first 5 minutes and now the fan is broken and will not blow/ move. Very disappointing.

It never cooled any space off like it said it would. We don’t even use it now.

My office runs warm but no one in the company could help. So I bought this small unit and I am surprised at how great it works! It is very easy to set up and use, only need to insert its cord into my computer USB port, and fill in with some water. Then I can enjoy the cooling. Now anyone else in my office is extremely jealous that I am the only one able to be comfortable in a cool temperature while working.
