This product is 75% cheese puffs. And they aren't very good ones. All the "flavor" is in those puffs and it is very artificial flavor. I bought the variety pack and although they have different names, they taste pretty much the same - artificial. The nuts are skimpy and not very good quality. I was willing to overlook the maltodextrin, but my tummy wasn't. Plus it is very expensive for suck a small amount. You're much better off mixing your own nuts, Moon Cheese puffs, and Whisps.

in short, I don't think these are worth what they charge. That being said, I think they are going in a good direction with this product. I don't think they should brand this as keto though. The taste is pretty good. Clean ingredients, yes. Clean keto, no (I understand it's not advertised as clean keto). MCT oil does not automatically make your product keto. The inflammatory reaction your body experiences when you eat certain foods (e.g. almond skins and dairy from cows) counteracts most of the the positive impact keto has on your body in the first place. I think that's one of the reasons a lot of people quit keto.If you don't mind paying 6 dollars and some change for what looks to me like the scraps at the bottom of the bag I felt should have been full, these can make a good snack. In moderation you may even avoid an inflammatory response.

After reading such raving reviews I was excited to buy this. Sadly, the tastes were not for us. We do eat dried fruits often, especially when camping or backpacking and since some of our family are doing the low carb lifestyle, I was excited to offer this as a substitute on our recent trip. No one liked it. I couldn't even get anyone to finish the bags. :( A few people liked the taste at first but never more than like 3 pieces at once otherwise it was "too much". Love the concept, just not the taste sadly. But the ingredients did seem excellently sourced!

I am on Keto and coming up with new & crafty treats is sometimes a chore. I stumbled upon these guys by just typing in keto to my amazon search. it is Healthy, Clean, No fillers, No Fake ingredients. Just pure ol natural, wholesome, well put together ingredients. I bought the variety pack and I am pleasantly surprised. the strawberries are huge! they are dehydrated but full of flavor. the pecans in nice size edible chunks. the cheese is like moon cheese but waaaaay tastier & look like little cheeto balls lol. honestly 100% amazing on this one. worth every penny. thank you for making it. <3

So my old place of employment had this snack drawer for us, me being the only one on Keto. I could not justjump in the drawer for chips, chocolate bars, cookies, and whatever other non-keto snacks.I found these snacks along with a few others as well, and found these being popular with others too.They take the place of popcorn for me and great to had a little handful here and there throughout the day.

I did not care for this at all. I normally eat cheese whisps and other types of dried cheese and make my own trail mix by adding pecans, walnuts, etc. I thought I'd try this b/c it's an easy grab and go. The pieces in the strawberry mix had a very airy texture, so it was not filling at all. And the nuts were like this too. I don't know how you have almonds and pecans with no "bite" to them, but they managed to package nuts that are crunchy, but not filling. I don't know how they did that, but they did. For how expensive these snacks are, I would've expected higher quality and filling ingredients instead of drying every piece to be 90% air.

These are the best keto snacks and I haven't found any others on the market. I think they are so tasty and I really like the 3 different combinations - I couldn't name a favorite. I like the salty sweet combination on the strawberry one, great nacho flavor and the jalapeno has a nice kick to it!. This is my 3rd order of them and the smaller size if perfect for a single serving. It would be good to have a larger size available in addition to thee single serving size.

Update: Just ordered more this week and shared some with family. They enjoy them. I think even the normal price is appropriate, because nuts alone are pricey anyway. Quality food costs more. Love all three flavors. (I do miss those dried tomatoes or whatever it was in the older version jalapeño ones, but still delicious!) Thanks. Will order again soon!Found this thru lowcarbNancy on IG.
