I’ve had this tracker for about 3 months now and it has held up well. The charge usually lasts for around 1.5 weeks, it’s easy to use, tracks my sleep & steps (which is all I use it for, though it’s capable of a lot more), and I really like it.Update 7/6/2020: This lil fitness tracker worked great for about 6 months. Then the strap stopped connecting securely, which wasn’t too terrible - just had to squeeze it shut sporadically throughout the day. Then I guess I got water in it (?) and it stopped working altogether. Alas.After a while I wanted another fitness tracker and so I “upgraded” (please note the sarcastic quotations around that lol) to a Fitbit Alta. I could rant for ages over the Alta, with its short battery life and frustrating interface (to say the least!), but I’ll try to hold that novel in.Long story short, I’d recommend the cheap one 1,000 times over the Alta.

My son has been very happy with this tracker. The steps aren't completely accurate, but fairly close. The customer service is amazing. The watch band broke and after contacting customer service on a weekend, we got an answer before Monday morning and received a replacement by the next week.

We bought one of these watches a year ago for our 8 year old son. It does the job, and he loves seeing his step count and knowing the time. One thing I don't love is that when it has to be recharged, it feels like it is going to break the usb port off which my husband accidentally broke. We bought a second one a month ago, and the face stopped working even though it was charged. When I emailed the company about it, the customer service was wonderful and very fast. A replacement arrived only a few days later. I appreciated the quick solution.

This was a birthday gift for my son and he was very sad because it broke within 2 months. USB port broke off and is jammed inside the strap side of the watch (see photo). It is unusable.We also felt that the step counter was inaccurate based on friends who had a real Fitbit or Garmin. If you are buying this for fitness, I would definitely look at a different product.Very disappointed that it didn’t last longer.

Bought three of these, one year ago all for my kids. The app that you can download, takes forever to sync, you cannot name devices, and just runs terribly.The watch itself is okay, but I would actually pay more for a better brand. It constantly has the incorrect time, does not track steps properly, and just is overall very cheap.The watch bands are incredibly difficult to take off, and they do not charge well at all. Would not buy these watches again. My daughter actually had her's break, when trying to take the watch band off it completely broke the plastic on the charging port. So we are going with Fitbit instead.My other two that we bought it for, don't like the feel of it on their wrist, because the watch bands are so large, and it's an awkward shape and doesn't fit their arms very well.

Bought this for the kid as a gift to encourage doing activities and it really helps a lot. It does tracks it good and have several face screens which could be changed which the kid like the most. Kit does have analog face option which lets even an adult to use it as a watch if they prefer such screen. Many sports mode, features as in other costly brands. It does has a too good professional look and even for adults to use. The app does provide good user interfaces and setup was easy.

Bought for a 6 year old who liked my Alta HR. It's a fine knock off in terms of looks. You tap the "button" to see steps (the only thing the kid cared about). Its a 1 star though because the app requires an excessive amount of permissions: phone logs, contacts, record audio, pictures etc. No way. Not for a watch kids watch. AND if you don't grant the requested permissions you can't pair the device. So, garbage I guess. We are thinking about pairing it to an old phone with wifi maybe.

My 10 year old son received this watch for Christmas and loves it. It holds a good charge and he enjoys tracking different activities. It fits him really well and has a lot of room for him to grow. I am most impressed with the customer service. I was having a hard time finding the correct app to use, and they emailed me within a few hours with help. Then, he broke the clasp, and they offered me a discount on a watch band replacement. Great and responsive customer service
