Stick is well made, bluetooth transmitter is not
I purchased this and after charging I saw the Phantom bluetooth show up, but my cell would not link to it. I tried multiple time. but it would not work. I thought maybe it did not like Android phones, but it would not link to my wife's Apple phone either. Tried my bluetooth enabled laptop, exact same problem, it shows up as being available but will not link. After seeing all the 5 stars, I assumed I had bad bluetooth unit and requested a replacement. Second unit had same problem. Before anyone says anything , I have connected my cell phones over the years with a hundred devices, cars, OBDII readers, head phones, a previous selfie stick even, etc. and no problems. Including a new in ear headphones bought at same time as this selfie stick, all with zero problems. I returned the second unit and asked for a refund. Stick appears to be well made but current bluetooth units are junk.

disappointed!
Usually don't write negative reviews however I am in the search of a selfie stick that will do exactly what it is suppose to do. After about maybe 5 uses the plate that holds the camera gets loose and drops like it is top heavy. It doesn't have anything to tighten the area to keep the phone up. So, how can you take a selfie when the camera drops before you snap the photo. I don't mean that it drops out of the holder, it gets top heavy and the phone drops facing the ground now us. Other than that everything worked fine. I liked that it had a tripod to set up when needed, however if it can take selfie photos it's just no good! Disappointed! Will keep searching for a perfect selfie stick!

Surprised with great quality, worked as expected.
I bought this product for a 11 day trip overseas. Upon receipt, I was impressed with the sturdiness and quality of its materials. The remote control charges very quickly, and once the initial Bluetooth pairing is completed it will automatically connect to my iPhone every time the remote control is turned on. I was able to both take pictures and record videos. The battery held up charge really well, but keep in mind that I always made sure to manually turn off the remote control when done taking pictures and videos, and I only charged it at the end of every day or two to be on the safe side because I don’t think the product gives you a low charge signal (if it does, I could not recognize). I am very pleased with this purchase, and I would buy it again to gift it to friends and family.

Blue Tooth connection is very difficult
Works intermittently. Blue Tooth connection is a real hassle to use. Worst Selfie stick I have ever had. Do not buy.

Sleek but bulky
This tripod/stick had a sleek look, which was nice, but overall it was too bulky and yet not sturdy enough (the tripod part) for me to keep. I unfortunately ended up returning it.

The battery won't charge after couple weeks of use.
Overally not bad gadget if works. But now it is useless because the battery is dead.

No matched price
At first look it was good, but few things which disappointed me1. hard to open stick with no nail damage2. when you open all, the stick has bad balance and always tried to fall down3. once dropped out to the floor and this is the end of the stickSo I used it just for two days and now it's just a garbage

Great, until it's not.
This broke after only 2 days of repeated use. Nothing extraordinary, open/close rinse/repeat. The end piece just came completely off when open it, very weak plastic joint holding it together.
