The beep function is nice and it works ok. Still major delay most of the time before it beeps. Most of the time when it finally beeps, she's not doing what I needed the beep for. Definitely Not impressed with the response time it takes for my dog to feel/respond to vibration. It's on 99 and it takes several times pushing button before she even feels it most of the time. Unless the collar is so tight that it's almost choking her. Yes I use the longer tips on collar too because her under coat(GSD and has medium length hair). Plus the tips keep falling off and have to constantly put them back on the collar. I needed the shock a few times and my dog didn't feel it on 5. I raised it little by little and still didn't feel it. I had it on 20 and there was about a 1 minute delay and she still barely felt it. The fit of collar is customizable by cutting but don't cut unless you're dog is fully grown otherwise buy another collar once dog is bigger. I'd rather the light constantly flash to know it's still on and to see her at night when she doesn't have her harness and lights on. It'd be really nice if any of these training collars would let you know when it needs charged like the remote has visual battery indicator. I had a different brand for the exact same price and it was definitely better than this one. Someone saw my dog in my backyard and literally took the collar, duh the collar doesn't work without remote. That's the only reason I tried this collar. Plus the collar itself is not reflective like I need it to be. The other brand was extremely reflective. If I could return this collar, I definitely would return. Others may like this one but I definitely don't.

I bought this to replace one given to me by my neighbor and it was just worn out. I really liked everything about this one, from the light, to the size, and especially the silicone contacts. But the shock is way to strong. A dog should not yelp when you must shock. If the dog vocalizes then you have it turned up too high. This caused my 100 lb american bulldog to run screaming on 10! So i turned it down to 5. Next time I had to use the shock he had escaped the house and was running away. He was not reponding to anything else, vibrates, beeps, me yelling his name, so I shocked. All I heard was some high pitched yelping. Mind you it was only on 5. Granted when I found him he was on my front porch waiting to be let in, but he should never have vocalized. It should only have been enough to flick the switch in his brain, so to speak, and get his attention so we could get him safely back inside. A human should not be able to feel the static shock until somewhere between 15 - 20. The fact that it makes a 100lb bulldog scream on 5 is just torturous! It would probably cause a dog to die of a heart attack turned all the way up to 99! No joke! This thing is dangerous! I am returing this thing asap and making a complaint with amazon.

Received it - tested it and it worked.. once. Hasn’t worked since. I charged it and the light is on but it doesn’t work for the beep noice, coverage, or shock. Really frustrating.

First, I bought this on sale at incredible price, Cool. Second, I wasn't sure about these collars actually work and my border collie/lab has thick fur - boy was I wrong,... amazing! This collar is an incredible deal and has worked perfectly. No complaints and my dog is happy because it saved him from my 9mm - lol (jk) IT WORKS!

The battery life for the collar is about 2-3 days, depending on the amount of correction needed. The remote was weeks. I have only used the vibration because my intention isn't to shock my dog; it's just to get her attention when she tries to run past the parameter of our yard. We live out in the country where coyotes are terrible. This device was worth every single penny.

I love this it has been a very valuable tool to help train a hard headed chorkie. The collar is very large...large enough to double around his neck perfectly. I opted not to cut it so I can use it on my larger dogs if needed. I love the vibration mode so you dont always have to shock them. It has worked so well that all I have to do is show the remote now when he starts to run off and he runs right back

This collar works great so far. I've been using it for about 3 weeks. My little furbaby knows what it is and now I only have to show him the collar. I've never needed to use the shock mode. The vibrate mode was very effective and only used that mode for 1 day. The rest of my usage was just the sound.

Worked well for a while. Less than 3 months in. The remote would frequently need to be repaired with the collar. The relay time would lag. Then the display on the remote screen started to fail leaving only a fraction of the display visible. Finally it failed altogether and it stopped working. The product is no longer available from the seller. I've reached out to the seller but don't hold much faith in a response.
