Essential Bread Crio Bru Coffee Maya Light Roast, 10 oz

LOVE this flavor! I also love that it's sugar free, dairy free, gluten free. Good stuff!

Nope. There’s a weird spicy/bitter element that will hit the back of your throat and stay for a while. Strange dusty aftertaste. Definitely not what I expected. Maybe just this flavor, but if you’re a first timer, try some other flavor.

It tastes great, kinda like watered down hot Cocoa , which is fine. Add some sugar and creamer or milk and its perfect! keep in mind, this is like Cocao nibs and you strain out, this is NOT like hot colocate , it wont dissolve. The Maya version taste like you split a packet of abuelita hot cocoa and used water lol. It does have a slight spice which is unique to me, in a pleasant way.Just like quality non paper filtered coffee, you can see the oils glistening in the cup! I used a french press and two tables spoons. I let sit for 8 mins and stirred and let sit for 2 more, then used the french press to strain out the nibs. ( i threw them in the garden!) It does in fact increase mood and will stimulate you. I noticed better concentration and reflexes in games (Used a website called Human Benchmark to gauge my stats). This is a different kind of stimulate than coffee. I have been drinking one cup (8oz) a day for a week, then on the 6th day decided to drink THREE 8oz cups throughout the day.. this was a mistake. I was playing games after a workout and i noticed my heart rate never slowed down after my workout.. an HOUR after my workout my heart rate was 128 resting!!. Be careful i guess haha.I have tried many coffee replacements, ranging from mushroom to Nootropic based mixes, and this Crio Bru in my opinion is perfect, although, since it contains small amounts of caffeine, might not be a total replacement. Coffee will interfere with my sleep BAD. drinking it after 1pm is a guaranteed sentence to a sleepless night for me. If i forgo caffeine , i usually fall asleep within 10 mins or less after laying down. Coffee makes it to were i cant sleep , even hours after laying in the dark! I need more time to determine if this is Crio Bru messing with my sleep, i suspect it is .( I purchased my product directly from Crio Bru )

Favorite flavor of all the Crio’s. My go to drink in the morning.

I add a scoop or two of this one to my other flavors. It adds a bit of spice that is really good.

Please dont waste your money/ nothing at all like coffee or cocoa.
