Rich's MSM Powder (2 Lb - 1 Jar)

I have a very hard time with arthritis in my back and used Rich's MSM Powder that I purchased before. When I ran out I used a different brand of MSM that was said to be "pharmaceutical quality" and it did noting for me. I lived in extreme pain through the nights and into the day when I had to take Advil for the pain. Then I finally realized that I needed to stop with the "pharmaceutical quality" MSM and revert to Rich's MSM Powder again because I had totally had my arthritis under control for as long as Rich's hadn't been used up. Now I have no pain in the night again and control the pain during the day with anti-inflammatory foods like blueberries, cacao for hot chocolate in Almond Milk (works only if no sugar is added), red onions, beans, etc. I also take a morning dosage of Rich's MSM Powder. The combination of Rich's MSM and anti-inflammatory foods works well together and I start the day with a small amount of pain but only if I move the wrong way. Once I take the MSM powder and a bowl of blueberries, I am pain free all day.

We mix 1 TBSP of this powder with cocoanut oil (Crisco) and 1 small can of soft dog food and feed about 1 TBSP a day in the morning to our 11 year old Chesapeake chocolate. It has helped him with his arthritis.

I took this as a food supplement.

My dad has used this product to help with his sore bones from arthritis since I was a kid, and it has always worked just as well as it has. I'm so glad I found it on an Amazon account so that shipping is cheaper.5 stars, would give more if I could.

MSM has been very helpful in restoring my feet to normal by reducing the spurs.I am very pleased with this product and will continue to purchase it in the future.
