Terrible customer service
I was excited for this product because I was addicted to nicotine for a while so I thought this would be the perfect thing to help fix that. I used it for about a month and went through one pod and then it started making crackling noises and burned the back of my throat. Contacted the owners and they said it was a battery issue from charging with a plug in to powerful but I used my regular iPhone cube charger which he even recommended, after telling them that they stopped answering my chats on their website. I tried to act on the exchange plan they had but I had to pay to send it back for them just to “review” if it was a product defect. Definitely not worth the price especially with the kind of customer service I got.

The starter kit is great!
This product is overall great. I’m glad I bought the starter kit instead of getting each pod individually because I found that I enjoy the one that I was skeptical about the most and being able to test them all was great because I knew I wouldn’t have bought some of them without it and I would have been missing out.

love the pods, wish it came without the pen
I enjoy the pods, but i already have a pen. I wish I could have bought all the pods without the pen, now I have two pens. The recovery pod, awake pod, and relax pod are definitely my favorites and they really work!
