I really enjoy this battery charging case. I’ve used them for years. But this one just went out on me and I’ve only had it 2 months. I’m very disappointed

I had this battery case for 100 days before I killed it. I was very careful when plugging in as I had read reviews about the charging port being fragile. Last night I fell asleep with the phone plugged in lying next to me in bed and I rolled over on it. That was the end of the charging port.I opened it up and looked at the port. The port is suspended at 4 corners by tiny tabs sticking out that are soldered to the circuit board. There is NOTHING mechanical holding this port in place. The port should be screwed down or glued in place. Any up/down force on the lighting cable will snap those tabs and that is the end of this device.Overall I liked this case for it's convenience. I would just push the button on the back, and It would charge my phone up. I could easily go a full day no matter how much I used my phone. My only complaint was that when you plug the case in to charge, it takes a long time as it only receives 1.5 amp, so if your phone needs a charge, and the case also needs a charge, it will take a long time. I don't mind that it only charges the phone at 1 amp when you are walking around, as it is a case.I won't buy this case again now that I have seen what is inside. I thought I could be careful enough, but it is just too fragile. Now it is e-waste.

I love this lightweight battery case but the first arrived non operating, the second lasted 24 hours. I made certain to charge my phone outside the case initially and charged the case separately from the Iphone which is opposite what the other battery cases I have had are designed to do. I made certain the USB plug was a simple 2.4 so no chance of damaging it. after the initial charge it worked well all evening. I did not need to recharge until the next afternoon and this time recharged with the Iphone since the battery case again using a 2.4 watt usb. when I checked on the charge progress an hour later the case was hot! so I unplugged and shut the iPhone off. then about 30 minutes later turned the iPhone back on then the battery case. The iPhone was not fully charged, the case was "stuck" with two lights and again does not transfer power from the case to the phone. All I can think of is perhaps this is the one brand that must be charged separately-phone and case. Sadly this is a really nice case and the most lightweight for an 8500 mph battery case.Susan in San Diego

I just received it today so it’s too soon to leave a quality review but, it’s currently charging and it’s taking forever 😭 after 2 hours with my lightening cable, the 2nd dot is now flashing so this is going to be a loooong process to get it fully charged.The only thing that sucks about this when i opened the box, there was no charger included which would’ve been nice if it came with it but either than that, so far so good.

Battery only hold one boost charge. Not a good balue

It is very slick and slippery, but has protected my phone from every fall. I can recharge my phone about three times which is great because my battery has significantly degraded. It quite literally keeps my phone running all day.

Does what it supposed to do but the charging port is loose and doesn’t hold the charger
