They have a nice taste--not overpowering
I use these to combat dry mouth at night. I put one in before I go to sleep at night and it's still working when I wake up the next morning. These mints have definitely cut down on all the drinks I used to need during the night. They have a nice taste--not overpowering, but nice. They definitely get five stars in my book.

Long lasting breath mint.
If you like or need a long lasting breath mint, this is the ticket. A bonus to using this item is its got xylitol in it which is really good at killing germs in your mouth and keeping your gums healthy. The taste is kinda mild, not overwhelming, the tablet sticks to your gums, turning into a gel, and slowly dissolves. The tablets are very small, about the size of an 81mg aspirin. Just put a tablet between your cheek and gum, and enjoy fresh breath for 2 or 3 hours.

Nicotine Replacement...Replacement!!
Used these to replace nicotine mints (that whole oral fixation thing). These do the trick and do it well! They last a LONG time. a LONG long time. And, admittedly, getting the gelly magic stuff that it becomes can be a pain to get out of your mouth if you want to eat lunch. Doesn't matter though. Absolutely awesome and SO MUCH better than nicotine. Incredibly grateful for this product

Effective except for xylitol
These mints perform as advertised.The tiny mint melts into a gel in your mouth but stays well hidden the entire time.The first one I tried lasted longer than two hours. I took mine out before it ever fully dissolved, but the minty taste lasted even after brushing my teeth. I used mouthwash and I could still taste the mint in my mouth where it had lodged. I would love them, in spite of the cost, except that xylitol, like all sweeteners for me, cause gas to build up in my stomach. I know people tout this antibacterial, good-for-your-mouth "natural" sweetener, but its effect on me is no different than sorbitol or aspartame. I can chew about 2 pieces of xylitol gum before it starts to bother my stomach, but this mint, as tiny as each piece is, will cause bloating while the first piece is dissolving. If ForeverMints came without any sugar/sweetener added (must breath mints be sweet?), I'd become a very loyal customer. Please make available a sugar and sweetener free version. If your body tolerates xylitol, I highly recommend this product.

These really do work great. My husband spends all day at church on Sunday speaking with a lot of people and he was struggling with bad breath on this day. Mint and gum are just distracting when having personal conversations so these are perfect. They stay in place and you can talk normally. I highly recommend this product.

Best mints I have found
I have a pretty bad case of TMJ and used to chew gum constantly. I hate the feeling of not having fresh breath. These are my answer. The last for hours, have a good taste, and sit discreetly in your gum line (I use bottom, but the instructions say top). I'm on my 4th bottle and they last more than a month for me, maybe two.
