VooDoo Tactical 40-9316 Discreet Fanny Pack GSA Compliant

The color makes it definitely more discrete. Yes, a “gun person” would recognize it for what it is. But he’d have to actually look at it. It wouldn’t register out of the corner of his eye, as happens to me with the black, tan or OD green models that are commonly out there. For the rest, it has all the advantages of its tan older brother that I used to carry: sturdy construction, strong zippers, adequate space for a service pistol, nifty adjustable inner holster that holds my pistol at just the angle I want, adequate number of pockets.

I wouldn't call this fanny pack "discreet" as it is rather large and has a PVC rubber skull sewn on the front. Also, the item's picture is not what I received. Still, it works and I really like the fact that the belt's buckle connection is adjacent to the pack itself so I don't have to reach behind my back to buckle it.One major design recommendation: the 550 cord attached to the zippers are rather small and somewhat useless to open the front of the pack to gain access to the weapon...really needs longer tabs to grab and open easily if/when a life-threatening situation occurs.

Great bag with quick access of your weapon. Great for times where you don’t feel like wearing a holster or dressed in clothing without a belt or cover shirt. Also, draw is faster because you don’t have to clear a garment (shirt or jacket).Pull cord to access the weapon is too short though. Added a carabiner for a better draw.Recommend.

I really like this fanny pack but I gave it four stars because of the pull tabs. I pulled the tabs a couple of times and two of them come off. Plan on replacing the pull tabs.

I'll start by saying I have returned this item. Although this is a great product the pictures and details seemed slightly misleading for the size of the product.Likes:I really liked the number of pockets and pouches.I liked the straps especially when compared to the 5.11 product I have settled on keeping.Dislikes:Much too large to even remotely conceal.

I'm a big fan of this pack. It's not the coolest look but my pockets are empty so I don't care.The quality seems good but I have only had it a couple of weeks so time will tell on that.

Great quality overall, but had a ton of loose threads.

Really like this. Am now able to carry in the local hospital without security fussing at me. I always open carry a full size 1911 but in places marked "NO GUNS" you need to have a handy way to conceal it and this fanny pack does it's job.
