Hooter Hiders Nursing Cover - Aero (Discontinued by Manufacturer)

The concept is good. The loop at the top is good for looking down on the baby and I like how the fabric is long, but I feel like I cause more attention to be drawn to myself while using this thing, so I almost never use it. I do use it when I know that I am around people that would totally feel uncomfortable if I didn't use a blanket. So, it is nice to use to put others at ease.

this nursing cover is great, however the jj cole nursing cover is a little wider so it hangs over the shoulder better and i am a petite build

This is a great idea and provides decent coverage. But as my little one got older and became more mobile, as she was nursing she'd stick her arm up through the cover and grab at the fabric moving it around and uncovering herself so it got a little trickier to be discreet.

I have twin boys and they eat... a lot. I first registered and was given a Bebe Au lait nursing cover and after taking it out of the box I realized it was small and didn't hold up well when wearing. My sister told me about Hooter Hiders and she was right. This cover is great, big enough if I wanted to tandem nurse in public and the wire neck makes it easy to see my little one nursing and make sure we both don't overheat. The fabric is thin enough to not make you too hot, but thick enough so it's not see through. I would recommend this cover to anyone who wants to discreetly nurse in public or at home with visitors.

This hoodie hider does the job. However, just after 2 washes, the color has definately faded. Other than that, it gets the job done.

This was a great purchase. The fabric is lightweight, stylish, and large enough to offer privacy when I want it. The rigid neckline makes it much easier to see my baby and help adjust things if needed. I like that even if the baby suddenly moves or grabs the cover, the "apron" feature keeps it from falling down. I definitely don't think one should feel obligated to cover if nursing in public, but if you prefer to, this is a great option.

When I heard the name of this product I thought it was kind of funny. It actually works pretty well. The best example I can think of with my wife using the Hooter Hiders is during a recent trip. She was able to feed our daughter on our flight without bothering other passengers and not feeling like she was exposing herself. She wanted me to order it after one of the mothers in her baby group suggested it. She likes it a lot.

This was HUGE. I never could get the hang of it... with so much fabric, I felt like me and baby were both drowning in fabric. I literally tried to use it a handful of times and then decided it wasn't worth it. I've since perfected the art of discretionary nursing, and am so happy to not have to mess with all that fabric.
