Needs more ginger in it...
Doesn't really smell of ginger like one of the reviews said, smells very but not sure the concentration in ginger in this is high enough for me to achieve what I want... But it smells very nice...

It actually works :-) :-)
I was asked if I’d like to review the Ginger Essential Oil, Ginger oil for Lymphatic Drainage, Hair, Massage, Swelling & Skin, Natural Lymphatic Drainage Ginger Oil, Plant Therapy Lymphatic Drainage Ginger Oil (Ginger, 3 Pack), and I said yes.Back in April I’d hurt the muscles, ligaments and tendons in my left arm, this was giving me constant pins and needles as well as a lot of pain, in both my arm and hand.In May I got an injection off my doctor, which he said would help, it’s over a month now and it’s not helped at all. :-(I’d read an article that said that ginger oil was used to help inflammation and pain, (as well as helping other problems), so I was curious to see if it would help my problem as the pain was driving me mad. :-(First, I did a 24 hours skin patch test, to which I had no reaction. Then applied the oil to underneath my arm and then massaged it into the skin, after that I did the same to the top and sides of the arm, and then the elbow were I was also getting pain.I’ve been doing that every day for three times a day, (9am, 3pm and 9pm), I’ve been doing that for almost a week now, and to my surprise, it’s actually been working and given me relief. :-) :-)I am so pleased that I decided to try this, because off the results it’s given me, I can recommend it. :-)Update 6/9/19I've now been using this for well over three months, and it's really helped with the pain and it's helped getting rid of the fluid that was there as well. I've even recommended it to friends and they too have been surprised at how well it works.

Multipurpose, mild aroma.
I have recently been getting into essential oils and have found it a world of revelation. Pain reduction, spot treatment and room odourising are the 3 main areas I'm interested in and have had startling success with a range of different oils. I've never tried ginger before and like my first smell of pure lavender oil this one was not what I expected. The smell is very mild and does not really smell like ginger how you'd expect it if you only know ginger biscuits. I'd say it is like mild lemon with the sweet aromatic ginger sitting under that. In a diffuser it is subtle and clean but in no way overpowering. One of the areas the manufacturer is promoting is stiff neck aid, I have used twice so far and at this point it is hard to say if I'm having a slight placebo effect or not so I will come back in time and amend my review if the effects become more noticeable. I will be adding it to an existing regime and I don't want to cut out any benefits I'm getting from other oils just to see if this product works alone so currently it's hard to know how good it is but I feel in this early stage there is a slight effect which could build with regular use. It's certainly slightly warming which is good for my achy shoulder. In honesty I'm not sure if any of the claims made are actually true and some of them might be subjective, working for some people and not for others. This seems like a good quality product, its thick not watery, rubs in well and smells really nice without making you smell odd to other people if it's on your skin.

Time Will Tell
Ginger Essential Oil (3 pack)I haven't used Essentials Oils before so I thought it was time to try one out.• Each bottle is presented in a colourful box, on which is printed the Uses for the Oil. How to Use and the brief List of Ingredients.• Inside the box the Ginger Essential Oil is in a brown glass bottle with a plastic screw top cap, which when removed, shows the dropper type insert in the top of the bottle. There is also a little leaflet which includes the Main Benefits, of which there are reported to be many!• I was keen to try this product to try and alleviate some pain in my knees, my fingers and to improve my circulation.• I found the oil easy to massage into my skin and I had no adverse reaction to it.• The fragrance of the oil is not unpleasant. It is a sort of warm, herbal aroma with some slight freshness. At time of writing this Review the RRP if £13.99 for 3 x 30ml bottles.Unfortunately I cannot confirm the efficacy of this product in any way because, as the Leaflet states, it takes time to take effect, and has to be used continuously for 3 months+ - I admit to being sceptical though!

Diluted in grape seed oil
This ginger oil is easy to use as it is already diluted so does not need to be mixed with a carrier oil before massage.I have been using it for lymphatic massage - after only 2 days it is impossible to say if it's helping the lymphodoema but it does feel warming and relaxing.Being pre mixed with grape seed and mineral oil it is a little runnier than other essential oils and unfortunately is only suitable for external use. I had been hoping to add it to herbal teas to help digestive problems and ease nausea.Suggested uses for it are bathing, massage, hot compresses and hair care.Overall it has a pleasant aroma and is good for massage. I would consider buying it again due to its ease of use being pre diluted - though the instruction leaflet does not give dilution ratios !!!
