I liked them so much the next day I bought another set as a gift.
Arrived on time and were very good quality and work perfectly for me on side of my Refrigerator and in my home office on White Board,I liked them so munch and thought the value was so good, the next day I ordered another set ad a gift for a friend who is trying KETO.

Great Eye Level Fridge Reminder to be Mindful about Food Choices
The product arrived quickly and in great condition. Looks great on my black upper freezer door. A constant reminder to make thoughtful food choices. Even when I"m "not doing Keto" I see the high quality magnets and choose the right food for my continued health.

Information listed may not be correct
I have not taken the time to look up everything on these cards, but I noticed that on the protein counter card for seafood and egg it has a zero listed for the number of grams of protein in one ounce of shrimp. This is not correct. 1 oz of shrimp has at least 6- 7g of protein. Buyer beware on the accuracy of the data on these cards.

I was excited to get these, place them onto my fridge, but never used them, because the writing is quite small and I have to put on reading glasses. I am sure they are great for someone

Add Cup Measurements to Produce.
If you are just starting out on the keto diet and don't yet have a scale, It's pretty difficult to determine how much one oz of various fruits and vegetables amounts to. If you added measurements in terms of 1/4. 1/2 or 1 cup, it would be very helpful
