This was a terrible purchase. I bought it for use on one of the warmer days of the summer. Despite chilling the water, adding ice cubes and even freezing the paper it did very little to make cold air.The fan is super noisy, barely makes any wind and also seems to be something like a small computer fan.I understand this product is for personal cooling, not to cool the room. However, even with this right next to me, literally inches away, it barely made a difference.Would not recommend.

25th July 2019============I've read the reviews, needed a same day delivery after last nights (24.7.19) hot weather in London. My tower fan was just blowing the warm air about the room.Now I have a box room, so it isn't big. I've sat this item right next to me on the desk and filled it with a mix of ice and water and I have to say, this thing really does a better job than that of my £45 Tower Fan.It is hot right now in the room, with TV on, Laptop on and Sky Box all emitting heat, I've had to turn this cooler off as it's really cooled me off. It's not super cold, it's cool enough to be acceptable and do a better job than the tower fan i have!I agree with others, this can only work in a small room and just make sure you are near a charger or get a longer Micro USB cable (same one as Samsung S6) that will reach your charger in the wall.I connected it to my Laptop USB slots and it worked but connected it then to a Power Bank until i get a longer cable and the power of the cooler increased and really blows out cold air.Cheaply made, I won't lie, however, it works and as far as i'm concerned for now as it does work, I am happy with it.It is noisy on setting three but you might be able to get used to it, I'm going to see how it goes for me. Right now, if it cools me in this hot weather, I'll for now over look the noise, not sure for how long!It doesn't cool on setting one, settings two and three it does but they are noisier than setting one.Overall, worth a punt people IFFFFF you are in a small enclosed space or small room and will only cool you if it sits next to you from about no more than 40 - 50cm away from you in my opinion.

In summary this product is a waste of money, its loud, doesn't last long when using its rechargeable battery, and the so called absorbing paper inside is just that, paper, it gets wet and disintegrates. It cannot be reused in any shape or form. Buying this product is a waste of money.

Utter junk! Very noisy, when you put it away be careful as the filter goes mouldy- legionella anyone?Just can’t recommend this to anyone- does not cool, I think because they are to mean with the element inside so it does not carryEnough water, don’t waste your money.

Absolutely love it!.Small, compacted and light weight. The air quality and coolness is beyond perfect, it feels like a real mini air conditioner, and the perfect thing I can carry it around and use it without plugging it in.

complete waste of time and money does not have enough power to cause air flow it requires to be no further away than 50 mm / 2 inches to feel any air flow does not have the capability to cool anything / anyone returned this item for refund of money

Having real problems with this. Despite charging it for long periods, it will only run for about an hour, before stopping. Not good value at all and not really fit for purpose.
