Trays Blister/peel/rust after 2 months
I'd like to return or exchange the tray set. Please advise/help. I got an "undeliverable" return email from [email protected], the email address listed on the packaging's warranty info. The trays were GREAT, for only maybe a couple months. (package says one year warranty) I think the technology just isn't quite there unfortunately. The trays were used for baking chicken at 400 degrees, and we only use non-scratch dish pads. Thank you in advance for any help. I DON'T SEE HOW TO RETURN THESE POORLY MADE TRAYS! HELP!

Not as good as the original… But not bad
This is the second purchase we’ve made of the Viking ceramic coated baking pans. They seem to have slightly changed the coating because it now has little specks in the coating to give it a more “granite” look. Unfortunately, this new coating does not seem to be holding up as well as the original coating (that was a plain white color). After just a few uses it has already discolored. But overall it’s still a great baking pan that is very “non-stick”

I have never owned Ceramic covered Baking Sheets before. They actually conduct heat very wellI found I have to Reduce the oven Temp 25 degrees or things get to crispyfor all the frozen / Bake /eat productsthey are really good

Love how heavy these pans are. Not flimsy but very sturdy and the non stick coating is amazing

Did Not Honor Warranty SCORCHED
I used these for baking cookies at 350 degrees. One pan scorched so I requested a replacement from the company. At first they said they would replace but delayed and delayed. At one point the representative tried to tell me it could not be used over 250 degrees and if Amazon said anything else Amazon was wrong. Another excuse (perhaps true) was that they did not have any. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!
