I'm so bummed out by this product! I bought this to support my health and weight goals, but it includes lots of unhealthy ingredients. I bought it for the ingredient Fabuless, which has been shown to reduce cravings and calorie in take. The studies quoted on this amazon page are for Fabuless by itself. In this product, Fabuless is combined with other ingredients that cancel out the benefits of Fabuless.Examples:Maltodextrin - a processed food, with a glycemic index of 130 (straight sugar is only 65), so it negatively hurts your blood sugar. And if you care about avoiding GMOs, you should also know that Maltodextrin is usually made from corn, which is 89% of all corn crops as of 2014.Fructose - another sugar - totally unnecessary, adds calories, increases glycemic index, and if you're trying to cut your sugar cravings, this ingredient will keep you from your goal.Stevia - doesn't add calories, but does keep your body craving sweetsIt's also 138 calories per serving (just 30, when you just get straight fabuless), put into food with little nutrition value.I'd love it (and buy lots) if the manufacturers came out with a product that was just fabuless, without the extra ingredients.I may keep using this, only because it's the only product containing Fabuless that I've seen for a while. But first, I've got to see whether it can actually support me in reaching my goal of reducing sugar cravings.
