Kissing Alex (Bodyguards Inc. Book 6) Kindle Edition

In this newest installment in the Bodyguards, Inc series, RJ Scott plays matchmaker once again. This time, we have boy band member Alex and about-to-go on vacation Lewis. I can honestly say I don't know what I can write that I haven't already made note of in the previous entries for this series. I do enjoy how Miss Scott goes beyond the typical stereotypes in Kissing Alex. Alex may not be what many see as a twink but being the smaller of the two does not mean he can't take control and lucky for him the big brawny bodyguard Lewis likes to be controlled some times.The suspense that brings Alex to Bodyguards, Inc's door may play a relatively minor roll in the plot, but that does not make it any less mysterious, plus it beautifully sets up the next entry, Roman's Heart, which is expected early 2017. Seeing Lewis as Laird of the Manor with his little brother and sister at his side is interesting and fun, showing a side to the bodyguard that very few get to see. If you haven't yet read Bodyguards, Inc, the series is a collection of standalone novels in that each centers on a different bodyguard and client but personally, I suggest reading them in order if for no other reason that minor mentions of other characters will make more sense.

A trip to Scotland ! Lewis, 31, Bodyguard, Inc., had a vacation planned and didn't want to be pulled into a job. But Alex, 27, British singer/dancer, is in need of protection and a place to hide for 2 weeks, plus the money was huge. Lewis knew the money would fund his Scottish homestead, Stoirmeil Isle, for a year. A sex tape had been released of Alex, plus he's been attacked. Being in a boy band was dangerous. We begin slowly and the details of Scotland are vivid. So with the flowing story, our interest is caught. Lewis tall and toned is serious and an expert at his job. He takes Alex to the Isle where he'll be safe. And he is safe, except for his heart. Both men are falling hard. When trouble knocks, their feelings are realized and cemented.This is a great story, different and special. All of the characters are fabulous and we are engrossed in the events taking place. Alex and Lewis are fabulous and sexy together. RJ Scott stories never disappoint me. Each can stand alone. I've enjoyed this whoe series. We get a HEA and I look forward to the next one.Highly recommended. ENJOY !=====================

This book was about Alex Cantrel of the Twelve Wonders and hid BI bodyguard Lewis Nevin. Alex spent one night with Roman Azarov. When they went back to the club they went to the VIP Room. When they went in the room Roman slammed Alex into a wall injuring his shoulder and thev some crazy fan threw bleach in Alex's face.His eyes were okay apparently the bleach was diluted. His record company hired BI to protect Alex. I enjoyed reading this book. It was a good romance.

For a MM book: Over parFor a RJ Scott book: below par - but then again she normally sets a high standardGood idea, but editingwise I think someone has not done their job as well as it could have been done. There are some "jumps" in the sequence that makes sometimes a hard read to follow. Some parts are little too "coincidental" to be truly believable.The romance, is well described, yet has some huge jumps - from not interested to "stone-hard-I-want-to-f**k-him-now" in about ½ a page! really??The sex is steaming hot.all in all: Ahhhhhhh! Could have been better, but nowhere near the bad level of a Alexander Kindle

Alex and Lewis, another great couple. This has been en enjoyable series thus far. Being able to catch up with Kyle, Ross, and some of the other couples was good. I really loved the descriptions of the history of Stoirmeil, whether they are real or not.

Can't say enough about this story ....you have got to read this..it took my heart.

I loved this book. Alex and Lewis went through some up and downs. They finally got their feelings for each other out in the open . I can not wait for the next book. Erin

I always love it when a book, whether in a series or a stand alone, can make me feel like I have known the characters for a long time. The chemistry not only with the two main, Lewis and Alex but all the supporting characters was woven so seamlessly together. I loved how Lewis and Alex flirted a bit before going for the lust. The support Lewis's family and teammates gave him was great to see. Alex was lovable from the get go. You could see his vulnerability pretty quickly and we needed to see that I think so we could connect with him and what fears he was dealing with. Loved everything about this story. R. j did amazing job once again of pulling me in...making me smile, tear up and be afraid for what might happen and when. Then in the end she gave me what I crave..a happily ever after for the men she made me fall for.Fantastic job.I HIGHLY recommend this book.

Not a bad story at all, and nice to read one set in the UK, but as with so many of this genre, dominated by the graphic sex where just about every male character turns out to be gay which is hardly true to life. Nevertheless it is enjoyable, and brings the feeling of the Western Isles to you.

The trouble in reading the Bodyguards serious is that you read the new one and then you think when is the next one due.Just loved this book but,loved the series so if you have not read any books by R J Scott get reading

An atypical pop star and an equally atypical bodyguard come together on an island owned by the bodyguards family. This is another grand addition to the bodyguards series and I loved it.

I just love this series every book is brilliant, this one with its descriptions of the isles and the Celtic language is beautiful
