The glass screen protector cracked on 2 corners during installation. The whole thing is tweaked now and the center does not contact the screen at all. I will get a plastic screen protector elsewhere and that should work just fine.My husband has the same case (his came with a plastic protector and it works fine). He has had his for a few months now. He works in scaffolding, and has dropped his phone from high places a few times and has never had an issue.This case is a little heavy and bulky, but I'm 100% okay with that as I know how well it protects my very expensive phone. I have never had a case that lasts more than a few drops without breaking, I know this one can withstand a whole lot more than any plastic case out there.Wireless charging works just fine, neither of us have had any issues. The phone gets a little warm while charging, but it hasn't affected usability or battery life thus far.

The case is interesting. Thicker than expected. High ridges on top an bottom of the screen side keep the surface from touching a table or ground. Foam core nestles around the phone snuggly and the metal frame is screwed together with hex bolts. Seems very secure and rugged. Jack port looks like it could easily break off or torque the bolt that holds it in place. The biggest problem is that bolting the front and back plates together destroys the screen protector by snapping and cracking the corners or causing some bowing and popping the middle long edge of the screen up making the screen protector worse than useless. The fingerprint spot is cool, but so what if the screen protector is cracked! Another issue is the foam which makes it hard to use the power button. May be a hidden blessing, too soon to tell. I am upset that my new case is already marred by packing tape over the cracks in the screen protector. I'll see whether or not a different screen protector works any better.

This rating should be about 3.5 overall. The case is attractive and solid... very solid. The problem was installing the phone into the case. Removing the screws was ok, but when placing the phone into the rubber protection and then remounting the outer case, the power button would bind and not release unless the corner screw was fully loosened; then the power button worked perfectly, but this was a less than satisfactory option. after 40 minutes and 8 or 9 times removing and reinstalling the tiny screws, I finally solved the issue by using a utility blade to trim the sealing around the power button where it presses against the case. It now functions properly... but I shouldn't have had to take these measures to install the phone into this case. The ordering of the case and delivery by Amazon was easy and expedient.

The protection is nice but it cost me my reception. Really made the phone bulky and heavy which is expected with a metal case. Had to settle for a different case because I would lose signal way to often in places I didnt with a different phone case.

This phone case is the reason why my screen cracked! its to tight around the edges. If you get any kind of dirt in the corners it gets trapped . Dont buy this phone case! The screen protector that comes with it makes it so hard for the phone to register anything. Also a new screen is 200$ .

I used this case for my s8 for about 2 years, was amazing and had zero complaints with it, so of course when I upgraded to an s10 I wanted the same case, unfortunately this is all but, and near unusable, the silicone for the power button is indented and thin so you have to press it with such force for it to register you basically need two hands, the other buttons are raised unlike the indented power button and work great. On top of that MAJOR flaw, the red headphone jack cover is extremely loose, on the s8 case if it was loose it was because of the screw coming loose and all you had to do was tighten it a bit, but on this one the screw is tightened with the strength of thor himself and it still wiggles around as much as a fish outta water. As for the screen protector, I didn't use it because I imagine it'll stop the function of the one screen fingerprint scanner, looks like you run of the mill protector, im sure it would work as intended.

Great case but because the s10 finger reader is on the screen no screen protector works well with protection and usability, thanks samsung. But the rest of the case is amazingly sturdy and works with the pad chargers

Cases are good but are not really that good. After few drops the paintet on the case will start to rub off and the rubber that goes over chargeing report only last for while. I would like my money back but it to late now.

Gut verarbeitet Kannte das Produkt schon habe es damals für mein S7 gekauft von ein anderen Hersteller.... einzige Manko ist das das schutzglas nicht in die Hülle integriert ist....Sonst Sehr robust..
