Such a difference from my old box!
So I bought this because my older android box was bought maybe a year and a half ago and it's been great but it would take time buffering getting into YouTube would sometimes be a pain and the remote SUCKS which most do so I have a keyboard and USB remote with a keyboard on the back and to my surprise the remote is actually decent its responsive my only negative thing is it doesnt come with batteries so I had to scavenge for them which isnt a big deal but I'm pleasantly surprised and very happy with this product! Also its Tiny! Not as small as the Pi but I prefer it to not feel as plasticky as the Pi either

I Thought It Was Great Android Box, But I Was Mistaken
I thought that this was a terrific android box. It came with OS 9.0 and has 32GB of ROM. It works very well but my one complaint is the way the box lay's out the apps. My Zidoo was a bit easier to get around it. The important thing is that the quad corp processors are very very fast and it doesn't take very long to do anything.I did another review since I got the box and it was pretty negative. Since that time I have found my complaints with the home screen to not be a factor and I am now resuming the 5 star rating. This box is really fantastic when you have used it much. Sorry if I made it sound like a negative.Today, Oct. 5, 2019 the box crapped out completely. For reasons that are totally a mystery to me, the volume out of the box just about completely disappeared, even at 100% setting. I am really disappointed with this product and wish I had insured it, because today it is just so much junk! I don't recommend it to anyone

Optical audio out!
The media could not be loaded. The android 9.0 with 4GB ram does feel a lot snappier that the 7.0 one I bought last week.I especially love the fact that optical out port is available for a proper DIGITAL connection to my soundbar!AUX port usually doesn't offer good quality audio and it is very noticeable to me.There are plenty of USB ports - three of them, one for external drive, one for Logitech unify mouse/keyboard, and there's still one to be used. Idle power is 2.2 watts and when streaming 4k youtube video, it's around 5~ 6 watts, my electricity bill will thank me later.

Disappointed with the capability of the box
I've been using the leelbox Q4 for almost a month now. I'm very disappointed with the product. Setting up the leelbox Q4 is very easy like any other android box. But the connection from the internet is lagging too much. Even connection to the Ethernet. A long buffering occurs on most apps in the box. Amazon firestick is still far better connection than the leelbox Q4.I will not recommended this product to anyone.

Not as expected.
Item over heated and icons stated Rootless Launcher was properly loaded, though it remained inoperative. The Launcher included is impossible for me to use as it would not intuitively accomodate a hugh number of desired apps and apks, therefore box was deemed semi-useful and is in process of return. Just happy I ordered it from Amazon for an easy return.

Doesn't work
Out the box had to preform a reset been trying to get help for the two weeks I have owned it. Hulu Sling PlayStation vue doesn't work on it
